Nope.
It may take a little time between when you make changes and when the map gets updated, though.

Although, it's hard to verify for sure because those transactions usually take far less time to complete than it takes for the map to update. (Maybe that's what Sindy is saying) I remember a neighbor's parcel set for sale to a person for weeks, and I don't believe it showed up as yellow if I remember correctly. I think that if you turn on "show property lines" or "show property owners," the land shows up yellow when set for sale to an individual, but only right in front of you, and not on the map. |

The yellow will appear on the map to the specific person you set the land for sale to, I believe. I assume it is the same when you have the SHOW OWNERS feature on and it only shows the ground a yellow color to the person you are specifically selling to.
