No real limit, but once a group has about 500+ members, group chat starts to get flakey. That is apparently a bug and not a feature.

there are groups over 3000+...no real limit. But spam becomes a very big issues in them after awhile. whats worse are those group the spam the hell out of members with LM(s) and other needless pop up windows. UCK!
