Hey folks,

I'm wanting to take one of my parcels and do something completely different from the gallery it's advertised as. It's time for a new project to keep my interest going.

Do I just change the description and name of the parcel and it will be listed in places that way in a day or two? I forget.

I'm gonna feel bad about one or two people who may come by and materialize in thin air. I guess there's no getting around that.

It will change more or less right away in the old places tab but for the search all it takes a little longer to filter through, but yes, just change the name and description and category if that's needed.

Change name, change description and maybe in Options (I think) change search category.

Soon as you change the name (Or even part of the land description), it will change in search too. Well it might take a few minutes.

Assuming that the build was in the air.... and that the new build can be at a different altitude....
Leave a 10x10 platform at the old landing point.
Texture the face/floor with a notice.
Drop a visitor log script into the prim to check if people are still landing there.

One prim, a little work and no worries about people.
