I've been looking over the forums and LL postings and can't really get a clear answer.
If I own a club on Mature land and hold a nekkid party, will that be considered too adult for that sim and I can get AR'ed? Or is it only if at least two AVs do the fandango? And how does one manage to control that if your guest has one of those portable HUDs for S*X?
I know there are a few nudist resorts in SL. Will they be forced to Ursulate, too?

Are non-erect prim "naughty bits" considered automatically adult? (Edit: I see other people are bringing this up) Not automatically. It depends on what they are doing. Hanging out at a nude beach would be fine. Walking around pants-less on the mainland just to expose yourself to others would be inappropriate. _____________________

I forsee that when having a conversation in world, before every sentence you need to tp to a different rating region depending on what you are going to say. |

That would funny if it didn't have a ring of prescient truth about it. A good deal of discussion of the forthcoming 'Adult' rating revolves on the issue of sexual content but I can see many other freedoms being compromised. |

Sex in private on mature land is supposed to be OK, but the definition of "Private" is fuzzy.
They have clearly stated that advertising in search using adult words requires you to be on adult land, but there are *many* ways to communicate in SL besides search. Visibility and access also can vary: sex garden at ground level, vs house, vs skybox; or group access for example. Which of those things will affect the public vs private definition is unknown. |
