The client crashed 30 minutes ago and im still gettin gthat "system is loggin gyou out" message.

How long does this usually take?

Its now almost 5 hours later....the system is still logging me out...i cant get in :(

I had this happen to me a couple of weeks ago. I spent 20 minutes waiting for the system to log me out. I needed to contact live help and have them log me out. Another person, this morning, experienced the same problem. They opened a support ticket and it was resolved relatively quickly. It's a problem. Contact support.
