hi all
i have a problem i have a basic account on my laptop my partner now want to join me and have a account also,but when he tries to create a account it say he has the max account already created please help.

According to the SL website, you can create up to five accounts per household and no more than one account per 24 hour period.
Could either of those policies account for what's happened?

It shouldnt do that, I have had lots of accounts created, well over ten for various reasons. The only thing i can think of that would prevent it is if you are using the same email account to register. If not then im totally stuck for what could be causing that.
