My partner and I recently (last night) bought a new area of land. It was a little bumpy so we turned on "Edit Terrain" so we and a friend could have a go at smoothing it out. Everyone went to bed happy. Today she (my partner) logs in and someone has screwed with the land basically turning it into a giant wedge.
Okay we know the "Edit Terrain" should have be turned off before logging out last night, lesson learnt there!! But is this kind of thing common, some just jerking about with someone else's land? We are wondering if it's worth reporting or even if it's possible to find out who has amended your land land?
Another friend is now undoing things for us so we'll be back to normal soon but it's damn annoying it's happened.

i'll be honest if i found a block of land with terraform turned on i'd go hell for leather (unless it had stuff on it, then i'd probably just fix bits
 ). i love terraforming tho sorry no way to find out who did it, or anyway you can report it. At least now you have learnt a lesson . Oh and it wasn't me, i woulda made something prettier than a wedge  -Crunch _____________________

I would'nt say "Common" .. but then not everyone leaves their plots open to modify by anyone.

I remember a few years ago when a couple of private islands were terraformed to hell by a griefer because of just such a mistake.

there are some kinds of exsplots, happen once before in fox valley, when about 15 peaple were on it, OMG god is attacking,
*lands raise 300 feet* WTF! *lands raise nother 50 and sink* luckly lindens saved the day, but somehow it happens |
