Ok, so I've rented shop space in a mall, and want others to come and sell their wares in my space, for a fee of course, besides advertising in the classifieds, what do I do next?

Put yourself in the seller's shoes: Why would you place goods there to sell them? What's the benefit for the seller? In which way is this more lucrative than renting own mall space or offering products (for free) on SLX?
Are you prepared to offer this service on a commission only basis, for a flat fee or in a mix of both?
I recommend to spend some time on understanding your own business model and the benefit for your prospective customers.

You've rented shop space without your own product? Check out the terms of conditions of the mall first of all. Then check out sites like Apez: Vendors list themselves there and with their commission rates. You'll need an Apez vendor if you go down that route. There are I think two versions, a free one where you pay Apez commission and one where you pay a chunk of money but Apez don't get a cut.
