I want to know that there are any possible way to make my friend add an event of my parcel. I don't want to make my land as group owned. I saw the list of location (in add event) has "Friend Owned Parcels", is it possible to make this list has my parcel name.

If you own your land anyone on your friend's List can post events there (I believe. I have all of my land group owned). Give it a try.

yes, I owned the land, but when i let him add event, my parcel list didn't show on location.

If you set your place as a Hangout, and also set a landing point, your friends can list events there.

To set as a Hangout:
Click "About Land" - Options tab
Tick the box to show in "Search Places" - choose Hangout from drop down menu.

You need to have the landing point set, too, which is on that same part of About Land.
To be a hangout the parcel needs to be at least 512m2.
