OK, if you have a pick in your profile under your picks, and add some comments of your own, can the owner of the land where your pick resides remove the pick from you profile page? I don't mean pictures----
Plezzzzzzz~and thank you!

if someone owns a place they can ban you from there for any reason they want, or no reason at all
So if in your picks you degrade their palce and they don't like it, they can ban your from entering it if they want

Need to be careful, that might be considered harassment.

doesnt sound like a very good pick if you dont like it it might leave the wrong impression to others who view your profile as well.

If I read something like that in someones profile it would tell me more about the person than the business. I would wonder why they are so focused on drama rather than getting on with their life.

Picks should also tell their own story about you. The kind of place you like it discernable, maybe important people in your life - maybe letting people know that there's no point trying to chat you up cos you have the man of your dreams etc (fluff that male ego!).
Also, if you really like a place then it saves you from having to bother with LMs - you can tell your friends that it is on your profile.
No point using it for drama but I don't think you meant that did you? Just in case the owner didn't like HOW you wrote about it? If so, most people see all publicity as good publicity if it's not actually offensive. Remember, that not everyone in SL is nice, there are people with hidden agendas (esp. in BDSM places ... yeah go on and flame me people, you'll get your reply in IM why I think that, not playing that game on here cos it's personal from my own start in SL), if it feels like someone is hassling you then they probably are.

Profiles are personal, so don't think anybody can't delete a pick on your profile... Just in case you could always ask the owner of the land! But anyway... that's publicity for them, so don't think most of them get angry because of this!

No, no one can 'delete' your pick from your profile.
The picture from when you first made the Pick will remain the same until you choose to change it, regardless of if the owner of the land you set your Pick to changes the picture for that land.
The description you write or overwrite for a Pick will remain the same until you choose to change it, regardless of if the owner of the land you set your Picks to changes the description of the land.

Yes, but the places you particularly detest say as much about you as the places you do like, and are therefore a valid pick. Personally, I have no picks though, as I am fairly ambivalent to everywhere; there's really no point having a pick that says "This is a place I went about which I have no strong feelings one way or the other."
