Can't register payment info

I have tried to buy Lindens here so I can pass LL's new level or jump through their new hoop. So I can buy and spend in SL and prove I'm a real person of adult chronology. Lol

And it won't let me. Can someone tell me how I can just register a CC without having to join as a premium member?

Or can I not do that at all.

Is this all really about forcing people to go premium.

I'd like to do this as painlessly as possible.

Did try SLXchange registration too and it said funds unavailable. BS, nothing wrong with my card.

Yes you can. People who rent rather than pay tier are rarely Premium, and they seem to buy L$ without problems.

if youve given up on that site you have zero options left at your disposal. that is the only site that will allow you to enter payment info.

They could be buying linden on their main and passing it along which *cough* I know nothing about...

I didn't even see a way to register my payment info, (ETA not something to do when tired/hungry) which is what I am trying to do, and then buy or spend so I can go where I want when LL upheaves the continents.

I'll sally forth again ty for the help. Others have any constructive tips on this please post too.

It does say (payment info) update pending at the bottom of that box, so why can I buy things instantly on other sites but not $5 with LL. Imagine all 2 million plus users trying to do this.

You absolutely, positively, DO NOT need to be Premium to buy or sell L$ on Lindex.

I have been here over 3 years, none of my accounts is Premium, and I have bought L$ and regularly sell L$ back to cash them out for real money.

What you are experiencing is a billing problem. Possibly your bank has flagged Linden Lab's UK office that tries to process all their credit card transactions as a high-risk site. Many banks do, and require special authorization when someone not in the UK tries to get new payment info approved.

So you need to work with the Lindens and/or your bank to get this cleared up. Maybe you'll have to use a different credit card, issued by a different bank. LL frequently fails to make successful authorizations on perfectly valid payment methods.

Doesn't bode well for those of us, I mean those residents, who have a lot of alts. Or only one payment method. I so look forward to doing this MULTIPLE times in the near future. Assuming it works even once. (SLX is no better.)

What do you mean 'processes as high risk'? Don't tell me LL is anything less than circumspect and conscientious with the trust we give them?

A few weeks ago it took 2 weeks for me to get the CC info to update.

On my main I have gone through hoops sith my bank, because of the UK payment. If your in the States call your card and check they may be blocking itmy bank did it every month for a year and a half.

It's official. I'm a grownup.

Mine won't work. Called bank and LL, both point fingers at the other one. Bank said no hold, no flags, should be fine.

I am now trying to register on SLExchange instead. Does that count for Ursula, or not? (Linden Labs' phone help said no, but that LL might allow utility bills instead of Aristotle.)
