Land Question

Hi,

There are so many sections in this forum and i dont use it very often so i am sorry if i have posted this in the wrong place. I want to sell the land i bought a while ago asap.

1)Is there a way to tell how much i paid for it as i cannot remember?

2)Can i put it up for auction if so how?

3)The land is in Kowari (80,16) 1024sqm , is it likely to have gone up in value since i bought it or gone down?

4)What is the best way to sell it? Is the classified section on this forum any use?

.2. atm you can not auction it, but i think, i read somewhere they are thinking of changing that ?

.3. depends, look on the map for other parcels for sale in the region, or similar parcels on the map.

.4. contacting your neighbours or people in the region with low prims, and of course you can always try the forums too
