Hi I have a couple of fab tenants, who are looking for an additional 1/4 sim to rent. They are a really nice pair, have been with me for months, and pay their rent every week on the nail (well, earlier than the nail, actually). I don't want to post this in the land wanted forum, as I would only feel comfortable passing them on to someone I know/know of/know is not a complete scheister, if you know what I mean. If anyone has that kind of land kicking around they want to rent, please shout. Jen

An openspace would give you the same prims, for the same price, but on a whole region! So, im sorry, this is unconvenient. And yes, you're OT here... so you derved it.

So, I'm OT. Somebody shoot me!!!
This is Resident Answers, and I am asking a question. These people are my friends, and I don't want them to get shit on. My understanding is that you can't buy an Openspace Sim until you already have an Island. As much as my credit card has a generous limit, I can't run to an Island. Sorry you find my post inconvenient. If so, why waste your time in responding. You don't have to read it!

I don't know how much land they have now, but if you have a private estate you could see if they would be interested in renting an openspace and you could adjoin it to your existing land.

There's a quarter sim for sale on Loepa. I believe it's fairly pricey, around L$9/meter but it's a nice sim, mainland.

how many meteres is 1/4 sim?
i'm really jealous, cuz i know that holds more prims than are available to me. LOL
i think the OP says they want to rent, not buy.

I can't seem to rent my land, can't sell it. It looks pretty though. What is the going rate on rent for that size parcel.

Any question is a good question. You may get better answers from sopme in other forums but I do understand this is not a typical land deal and you want special care of a special couple. It's more On Topic than half the things we talk about here. Oh ... i don't have 1/4 sim of land. All I have is a little bump.

Jenara,
I still have plenty of space to rent out on my sim. IM me inworld, and we can discuss things.
