For the past couple of weeks, it seems that my various accounts are receiving inworld notices at different times and some not at all. I first noticed it a week or so ago when there was the notice sent out about not doing any L$ trans and then with the group notices about the party last Fri. And then I really noticed it with the various group notices that have come out since then -- and not just the Forum group. And again last night with the LL notice about problems regarding transactions and such.

Has anyone else noticed or experienced this?
