I just sold a piece of my land (group owned) to my neibor. I didn,t see any money of the transaction nor does the new amount of land available show in my account.. did something go wrong or it takes time for the transaction to be recorded ?
Thank you

If it was group owned, the money will now be in your group account. Go to the Land and L$ tab under group Info. The L$ will be divided evenly to all members of the group and sent out to each member within 24 hours.

... and the land area sold becomes available in the *group*. The sale had nothing to do with your own account.

Group Land sales can take 24-48hrs to process. I had the same thing happen and had the system explained to me by a VERY patient Linden on Live Chat It'll prolly show up in your account tomorrow. ~Jessy

A small addition to Oryx's posting: The money will be distributed among all group members who have the "Pay group liabilities and receive group dividends" option active. This may also be just one person, if the group has been set up that way.
Anybody who has deeded tier to the group may reduce his contribution, if it is no longer needed.
