Crashing when I try to TP

Yep - every time I try to teleport somewhere.. I crash, and the TP fails. Anyone else having this problem, or know how to fix it?

Kinda frustrating...

Happens all the time. clear cache, relog, and hope the Grid Monkey Gods love you.
