My avatar is in game but I am not, been trying for over a hour to get in game and it says its logging me out. I went and found myself with another account and sure enough I am in game.

I tried to do a support ticket, I am a basic account holder, but when I fill out the ticket and say I am a basic account holder it wont take my email as Valid.

I change it not to say that, and it takes the ticket.. well almost... then I get this message in my email

Hello!

Our system shows that you submitted this ticket from either a Basic account or with Guest Access. Basic account holders and guests may only submit tickets using the ticket type "Special Questions - Basic account or Guest Login". You did not select that ticket type, so the ticket will not be reviewed.

If your issue is one of the ones we offer support to, please submit another ticket with the information corrected.

So with a basic account, they wont take my email addess as Valid.. So there is no way for me a basic account holder to file a ticket...

But they can use my email address to say they will not review the ticket...

SO, what do I do now???
I have rebooted my computer, I have unplugged my computer, I have cleaned cache with a alt account in, My alt has tried every weapon she has and nothing touches the ghost avatar...

I'm confused...you shouldn't need to put your email in, regardless of account type.

Edit: nvm, I see it, but it's not a required field. Try leaving it blank.

If you can log in as your alt then try pushing your avatar. Walk right into him/her and walk till she/he logs off. You can also try paying your avatar one linden, or sometimes IMing gets it booted off the grid.

I go right thru here, I Imd her and payed her with 2 different accounts.. cause one was showing her online and one was showing her offline... nothing worked..

You could try asking the person who owns the land you are on to eject you back home or use a push object to eject yourself using an alt to see if that makes the system know you are not actually there.

If it happens to be a private sim that the ghost is haunting, the estate manager could reboot the sim. They might actually prefer that over having a spooky avatar stuck in a bot-like trance on their sim.

One thing that I've had work by accident was to login to a sim neighboring the ghost. That was a very strange case, though, so definitely YMMV.

It was a mainland Sim, and actually over protected land owned by Governor Linden. After 2 sim restarts requested, a Ticket and over 7 hours. Finally I am not ghosting anymore...

Something similar happened in Dharmaraksa, there was a green dot on the map for quite a few days... I'd go down to see who it was and it was a naked lady in high heels standing in the road. First I just figured she was doing a slave thing or something and minded my own business, a few more days went by and I asked her what she was looking at, no reply so I IMed the lady "Are you ok?" She said yeah, why? I TP'd her over to see her own naked self standing there... it was bizarre when she landed the ghost of her naked self looked like it dissapered as it shot into her real self, just like a movie or something.

Very bizarre to have a ghost on while you are on too. If anyone sees me standing in the road naked staring at a billboard puleeze let me know immmediately!
