Her whole head is up her butt and well we cant work out how to fix it... wer have tried all the usual, clearing cache etc and we just cant work it out....
any ideas would be much apprecited

happened ot me the other day too i just took all my attachments off reloged and loged back in with my head up my butt but it only lasted a few days

Hmmm. Looking at https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-248 (currently marked "Resolved"
 it seems like this is some kind of bug in the viewer figuring out where the avatar's feet meet the terrain. Or perhaps that was the problem, one of the times it was fixed. Does this need to be reopened (again)?In the meantime, uh... does it help to fly? Does it still happen when standing on prims instead of the ground? (I've never had this, so... kinda grasping at straws.) |

This has started to recur for me as well. It happened all the time, way back when (May? March? Can't remember), stopped for a while, restarted, stopped for a while, and now it's back again. Comes and goes every few months. Nothing that I've ever really tried helps; you just have to wait it out and look like an arse to everyone around you.

it should have been said that when she arrived at a TP destination there was an explosion and blue smoke was around her head, when the smoke was away she had her head between her legs. All we tried until now did not help.
We think that is was an attack. Maybe somebody knows a bomb of hat kind. |

Have her detach everything that she's wearing (Pie Menu -> Detach -> Detach All). Maybe she's wearing something that someone gave her and it contains a little script?

But relogging always works. "Deformers" are an annoying form of minor griefing, but nothing more. _____________________

Oh lol should have said! A deformer is just a script that plays animations on a targeted avatar. The animations are no more insidious than those that you use when you put on a tiny avatar etc. ... but they do look funny. Relogging (particularly to a different spot than you were in when you were 'deformed') always stops playing all animations, so that makes it go away unless you have accidently put on an attachment that plays the script. Actually, inworld "Stop all animations" will sometimes un-deform you. Or the anti-ruthing rocket. But relogging always works. "Deformers" are an annoying form of minor griefing, but nothing more. There are undeformer scripts available. I have a couple of devices if the OP wants to IM me in-world. |

Wasn't that past bug related to how animations were played? I seem to recall when I had it happen, detaching my AO and hitting stop animations helped. Of course, I had to take pictures and such first....
What really was amusing about this, was that I had just teleported back home and also had my hair attached to the butt as well. How could I tell? Well, when I fixed one thing, the other became obvious _____________________
