How to contact someone from support?

How do you contact someone from support with out filing a ticket? I had a very nasty tone on my reply to there support ticket resolution, well my reply back was a sincere apology and the info i needed. I really want to contact the person and apologize for my tone (i know sappy but it's really bothering me). The only thing is it not a Linden name ie lala linden. Its a normal SL name with a creation date of October and a basic no payment info account. Any ideas?

I didn't post the name because i don't know if the no naming names rule applies to SL employees.

I wouldn't worry about it. If you sent something else afterwards then you've made up for it - plus, working in support means you're used to a bit of a nasty tone now and then. You'll find they don't take it personally ... they didn't when I got VERY baity the other day about the group I was stuck in ... however, they did manage to contact the alt of the original owner and get her to sort it).
