hi.
i want to close my group.
finaly i am the last member of my group and i also want to quit. i sold my little "group-owned" land. now the group has the money and if i am right the group will be deleted within 48 hours if there are not minimum 2 members. what will happen with the money? is there a possibility to get the money out?
sorry for my bad english and thank you for helping me out of this situation.

The L$ of the group land sale will be distributed over the remaining group members the next day (= you), so this falls withing the 48 hour period.
And yes, after 48 hours, the group is disbanded automatically. _____________________

I really need help with this..I sold my land ..sadly under group...and I was the only one left in my group...so...thinking that the lindens would have SOME sort of setup put in...I closed the group...thinking that the money would be paid to the remaining members.....ME...
BUT it didn't I just left..and no money...what now? |

If you have waited 48 hours, have you filed a support ticket? |

BUT it didn't I just left..and no money...what now? If you 'left' the group before the money was paid out, then nobody would get the money. You have to be in the group to be eligible for group dividends. If you were still in the group and didn't receive the money then do open a support ticket. There was a blog a day or two ago that the group dividend payout thing was not working right and they were going to kickstart it. Once a group gets down to one member, LL sends out an email to the group founder/owner after about 48 hours with a warning that the group is about to be disbanded. You then have another 24 hours to add someone to the group, and if you don't then they send a final email letting you know that the group is disbanded. I have disbanded two groups and they've done this both times; they send the warning email after two days and then the final email another day after that. -Atashi _____________________
