I've searched several times and can't find an answer. I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this question, but everyone here seems knowledgeable, so hopefully I can get an answer and this thread can then vanish off the front page of the forum. Does SL keep a logfile of your log ons and log offs? There has been an incident of my logging on, captured in someone else's chat logs, that I swear wasn't me. I already changed my password as a precaution, but I want to be sure that it wasn't an incident that I forgot, and I thought that a logfile would let me know if senility is setting in early. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks in advance for any help. I dont think SL keeps a log file of your entries and exits. I doubt it actually. One way you could ascertain the actual time you logged in or out would be to approach another friend who logged chat, and ask them to search their logs for your log ins and outs on a particular day. I get timestamped logs so if you were on my friends list i would have that recorded on my logs. I would guess from your question that someone is saying you were here when you were not, and has a log of it. Bear in mind that logs are easily changed (both by accuser and accused). imogen
