Is this still going on? If so, I'd suggest starting by rebooting as much network as you can between the viewer and the ISP (including the ISP's router/modem, if possible, and the viewer client machine).
If that doesn't work... hmmm... possibly try logging in to some other sim? (although... I wouldn't think that would generate this error).
