Need to Turn off the poofy red things.

Whenever I move or an object moves, poofy red things start flying in the air. I forgot how to turn it off. Someone help!

If you're the one moving: Something you're wearing / animating is sending off poofy particles.
1. You can take the culprit item off
2. You can turn off particles.

You may have activated 'Show Updates.' Ctrl-Alt-Shift-u will turn it off if that's the case.
