What are you getting for an error message? Are you being logged out of SL itself for inactivity, or is the camping device kicking you off?

Camping is incredibly inefficient...you're lucky if you make the equivalent of one USD after 8 or 9 hours.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

I don't think anti idle works if you are running in a window but I could be wrong..

Some camping objects are designed to pay only humans who are sitting at the keyboard.

You probably ran afoul of the bot catchers. There's one at Gomorrah (Gomorra not sure of the spelling and am not in world to check) and it is a major annoyance. Though I have a premium membership, I still camp because how else do I get paid/motivated to clean up my inventory or make minor edits. I got thrown off my mat by a bot catcher at Gomorrah when I did the most human of acts, went to use the facility in real life. I laughed, climbed back on the mat and went back to editing my swim suit and watching the clock so I'd remember to answer the magic question.

Other camping sites (Money Island and Askar Business Machines) ask you to join their group and sometimes you need payment info on file and the place in your picks. Askar just wants you in their group and wants you to have payment info on file. Sometimes you can chat while you camp so it's a good way to meet people.

On the other side of this issue

We have camping pads, they used to be for everyone until we had continual problems with bots. we now turn them off unless having an event and only members can use them. Also, if a camper cannot answer when we talk to them on local talk, we give a min or two then kick them off. You have to understand, this is OUR money, and way too many people take advantage of camping with bots, we were absolutely plagued with them. We have tools to find out if they are bots and usually try to give fair play for answering us, as we do know sometimes you just can't stay at the coputer every min., but if you cannot be interactive, you will be kicked, sorry, it is not our fault, blame the stupid bots LOL

At the risk of opening up this whole bots and camping debate... again... surely you want campers to increase your traffic or have lots of green dots on the map. Why does it matter if they're bots or not? For your money you're still getting what you wanted?

Personally if I go somewhere that looks popular only to see a multitude of campers.. bots or not.. I turn round and leave straight away without even looking at what's there...
