There can be many reasons why you're still waiting for 'results'; the importance of your problem, the way you phrased your query, etc. Unfortunately, your question is a bit too general, so it's hard for anyone to help. Why did you send a ticket? What do you mean about your connection? You can always open up a second ticket (include a ref # of your 1st), and make sure you use specific words to describe your problem... _____________________

Have you tried calling them?
If you have an issue with your account (non-technical, billing/password/etc), you can call our Billing team at: toll-free (US/Canada) 800-294-1067 or long-distance (not free) 703-286-6277. They're available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Concierge customer? Residents who qualify for Concierge service also have their own Live Chat area and a phone number they can call. Information on accessing these options is available for Concierge-level Residents. Sorry, I'm not a Concierge customer, so I don't know the number. Do you own the Island? _____________________

Then I believe you are entitled to concierge support.
If you are a concierge user (own more than 1/2 sim worth of land), you can speak to a LL support person via live chat. 1. Go to http://secondlife.com/support 2. Log in to the support system. 3. Once logged in, look under where it says "Concierge Customer?" and click the "here" link. 4. Click the "Click here to start concierge live chat" link on the Knowledge Base page. _____________________
