Check your graphics preferences...if 'Quality and Performance' is set at mid or low, you won't get the clouds.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

Specificaly, I believe Edit -> Preferences -> Graphics -> Atmospheric Shaders is what turns on the high altitude clouds.

I depends on your computer. In my RL's household there are 2 computers. One of the comps is new and powerful and it shows all the beautiful cloud effects and water reflections. The older computer, which I usually hook up to, has insufficient graphics capabilities, so you get the old type sky and no water reflections. On this old comp, the buttons for selecting clouds or water reflections are greyed out. Is the case with yours?

But even without clouds or reflections, the lighting effects are better with WindLight.

I had the Graphics Quality on Low on accident. I must have hit the wrong button when I was trying to set it to custom. Thanks for all the suggestions!

I logged in after a long while in windlight and it automatically set my graphics setting to medium. It said something like 'changing your graphics based on your system'. So it may have not been a mistake on your part.
