Hi all! I have some free poseballs I'm wanting to play but whenever I set them down somewhere and use them I'm below ground level. I've tried setting them on higher places but my AV always disappears below the ground when using them. I'd appreciate and help w/what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks!!

hmmmm the script inside must be set to a negative number. generally speaking, it needs to range anywhere from 1 - 7....

Would I just right click & change the script? Thanks!

What do you mean by 'setting them up on higher places'? Like on the roof rather than the ground? Or did you adjust the position in Edit?

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

while i've done it, i shouldn't give script advice beyond my previous post, because i can't remember where it's located in the script.... i'd need to open one to figure it out. hopefully someone else will come along shortly to assist you.

Most poseballs have a configuration notecard that the script will look for. On the notecard you set your floating text options, pie menu text, voice controls and the "offset" which is where the pose sets the hips of the avatar body in relation to the pose ball. 0 usually indicates right on top of the pose ball, -1 a little below, 1 a little above, etc...

If you just want to test out the poseballs, use the edit menu to raise them a couple of feet off the ground. Then if you like them, you can edit the configuration notecard. A lot of these poseballs are for chairs etc.

If you are an unusually short avatar, that will also affect the pose balls. This is why I sell some that are optimised for short avatars at Tin Teddy.

I just learned this the other night. The easiest thing to do is right-click one of the poseballs and select Edit. While it's in Edit mode, sit on the poseball. Now you can drag yourself to the right height and then close the Edit box. Easy.
