Anyone know a way to clear JUST the texture cashe?
It does help with laoding stuff to get all the crap out of the cashe every so often, but with 15k worth of inventory items it takes FOREVER to re-load all that.
The perfect way would be for LL to put in a "Clear Texture Cashe" and a "Clear All Cashe" options, but I won't hold my breath for that one *grins*
I don't mind doing it manualy, but I don't want to delete the wrong thing. So if anyone knows, can you give me step-by-step details for the point-and-click style 'puter users? ^.^

It is possible to manually clear your own cache selectively. Leaving the inventory ...inv.gz files but deleting the rest. I tend to also leave the name.cache, and ...cached_mute files too.
You'll find them in: C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Application Data\SecondLife\cache
However, if SL is being particularly uncooperative I'd recommend blowing the whole cache away.
