Hi. I have viewer version 1.23.4 and ever since installing I cannot get my IMs to show up (ghost) in my chat window like before. All my preferences are set exactly the same. Include IM in chat console is checked. I also have all the loggin available. I've searched and search for an answer and I just cannot seem to find a solution that words. Is anyone else having or has had this issue? Is there anything I can do about it. It's really really frustrating not being able to see my incoming IMs in my chat window. I've been missing responses because I've been missing the flashing tab.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. They removed that. They asked if people would object at an office hour or something and nobody objected so they yanked it.

There are a couple of debug settings you can work with.
IMInChatHistory IMInChatConsole The second one is new. Play with those two until you find the combination you want. |

Thank you for your reply. Seriously annoying. Is there any way to go back to an old version? Submit a Jira and make sure it's called a bug. If they're going to delete features based on office hours, they deserve to have it treated as a bug. |

Once you have Advanced up, pick Debug Settings from there. You can type those names into the first blank there, or look for those settings in the never-ending menu. Then you can flip each to TRUE or FALSE. Try both on TRUE to start. |
