i've seen some lands with 1.5x primitive multiplier or 2x primitive multiplier.. which means i get more prims for my land... how can that be?
is it possible to buy a land with 30000 prims? coz i'm confused right now...

Although a simulator supports a fixed number of prims those prim can be allotted disproportionately to parcels - if, say, a parcel supported 100 prims and another supported 100 prims, the sim owner could arange it so one parcel had 150 prims as its limit, and the other 50 prims.

In other words, no. No sim in SL is allowed more than 15000 prims total. You might find private islands that have "open space," i.e. areas where no building is allowed, in order to give residents more prims, so the owner can advertise 1.5 or double prims or whatever. Regardless, once all 15000 are used up by anyone, they're gone.

All your parcels in one sim share prims - they don't need to be joined.

i meant connecting two regions or sims... so i can have 15000 in each.. which will add up two 30000 in one huge land... if possible...

Your prim allowance is added together for all your parcels in the same sim, and can be used in any of those parcels. They don't have to be joined. But you can't use prims allocated in one sim in another sim. They are aggregated within a sim, but not across sims.

No, sims are self-contained.
It's like having two full glasses of water - you can't pour half of one into the other.
