So I have been creating events with no problem for like 3 weeks and now it's telling me I need to enter a Z Coordinate. But in the drop down box there is no selection to do that? NONE of the parcels listed HAVE a Z Coordinate. I read a post from June that described the same issue. Does anyone have a solution for this or can point me in the correct direction? I NEED TO POST MY EVENTS DAMNIT! ; )

Try Resetting the Landing location on the parcel and then refreshing the events page on the website...
Maybe it didnt pick up the Z coord

Nope, that didn't do it. As a matter of a face the z coordinate IS shown on my land profile at by the Set landing point thing. As I said earlier, NONE of the places in the drop down list have Z in them. Strange, NEVER had this problem before. hmmm, wait could this be a recent update thing?

No... I made (and deleted) a fake Event to see if I could replicate this problem. It all worked fine for me. And, indeed, none of the listed options included a Z coordinate.

Which makes me wonder if it's just a totally irrelevant error message. Is there any chance that you don't actually have permission to create an Event on the parcel? (Seems unlikely... I think the drop-down list is only supposed to include parcels for which your account has permission... but maybe it's somehow confused about group-owned land, for groups of which you are a member, but your role doesn't permit Event creation.)

Grasping at straws here.

yeah, no I own the land, have the same group active as the group that is listed not deeded to in the About Land info. The only thing I can think of that still makes no sense is that I have two different buildings at different heights but that shouldn't mean anything. Because I can see the z coordinate in the Landing Point in my About Land Options tab. That IS where I'm supposed to set it right? And the Z coordinate is the correct position as I set the landing point.

ALSO, why would it say to enter a z coordinate and then not have anywhere to actually do that? Here is the messageI'm getting.

Please correct the entries highlighted in yellow.

* Please enter a valid Z coordinate.
And by yellow they mean the * thing to correct because no data entry point is highlighted in yellow.
