I tried to report abuse via help --> report abuse, but the form cut me off in the middle of describing what hte problem was. But it says if the full story isn't there it won't investigate. I need an alternative way to report the abuse.
I then went to help island, and the mentor first failed to listen, telling e repeatedly I must have the person's name, and then told me a hundred words is too many to use, and finally told me that he can't ask someone where I can send an abuse complaint, he can only ask questions on his own behalf. This person seemed to lack language skills in addition to having a bad attitude.
I did find the company address, but is there an e-mail address or another procedure?

If for some reason you are unable to file an Abuse report, file a Support Ticket here .. https://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/security.asp?task=ticketMake sure to state that you cant file an inworld Abuse report so they know you are having technical difficulties. Good luck.

The text limit can be a real pain but you just need to sum it up as best you can.
If it's something that involves chat, don't bother trying to include the chat log - just give the date/time and the region it happened it. The governence Lindens will go to the server logs, which they know are not faked, instead of going by what you copy/paste into the AR.
