Maybe your being "griefed"

i.e someone has used a script against you.

try check .. Help/Bumps,Pushes & Hits .. to see if theres an av that is listed at the time of the incident.

I've occassionally had it happen to me when I was wearing an activated scripted attachment and I tried to enter an store or an area that didn't allow scripts.

Sometimes when you are moving around, especially crossing sim borders, its like the software gets the message you were moving but doesn't get the message that you stopped or paused, and your avatar keeps on going. Could be lag, packet loss, whatever, something interfers with the communcation between your keyboard and your avatar and you to hurtling off into space, sometimes for thousands of meters before snapping back or freezing or crashing.

I think the OP means when you get sent to 0,0,0 on the map whenever you unsit or teleport. It sometimes seems you are at the bottom of the ocean and then you pop back to where you should be. I don't know why this happens but it can be disturbing.

That's what I thought (or the sim border inertia problem), but it's hard to tell without more detail.

Suzuki, could you tell us more about where this happens, and what you are doing right beforehand? For example:
(1) Were you walking? Sitting still? Riding a vehicle? TPing to a new location?
(2) Were you crossing a sim border?
(3) Were you in a sandbox?
(4) Were other people around? Especially ones trying to cause trouble?
(5) Were you wearing any attachments? Especially scripted ones?
(6) Did you give anything permission to animate you, at any time?
(7) Does it only happen in certain sims, or everywhere?
(8) Have you seen it happen to other people?
(9) When you end up "in the ocean", what are your sim coordinates? (They are in the top bar by the sim name and parcel name.) Are they changing?

Most recently I was just standing in a shop doing nothing really - gut feeling someone did the 'hurling' that time but other times it has happened just as I arrived at a new location, or if I moved suddenly after sitting still for a while..

Still not enough detail. It's hard to tell from the info you provided if you are just being bumped to another location, of if you are being orbitted into space or crashing into the netherworld.

Check the list of questions above and answer them the best you can. They won't all be relevant, but one of them might give us a clue as to what is happening to you and how to stop it. :)

I would get tossed to 0,0,0 if the other side ...the other region... has ban lines up. I was told by a Linden that it was not normal to do that and did something that stopped me from defaulting there. I want to say all that the Linden did was restart the regions.
