I'm sure M is doing much good work in the background, I strongly feel that's where he should stay because everytime he opens his mouth he misses the point. He should concentrate on what he's good at, which clearly isn't resident issues.
They're hiring some good people, I'm sure he's behind that and it will long term be positive.

It doesn't respond to anything that was said. It's pretty much the equivalent of "I'm sorry you feel that way." Except with a bonus helping of "I'll let someone else address this from now on." Disappointing, but not surprising, given what we have seen so far.
