Poseball Rezzer?

OK, I have run short of prims, and my landlord says I have to lose a few.

I notice that I have around 40 prims in poseballs all over my house, dance poseballs here, romantic poseballs there, and uhmph, a few of the other sort up there. They are all hidden, but the prims still count.

Is there such a thing as a poseball rezzer, that I can drop all my poseballs into, then select the ones I want, from a menu perhaps, when I need them, and it will rezz them in the position I first had them in? Or something similar?

Many thanks in advance

You can buy lots of scripted beds, rugs and furniture that does what you describe with the animations built into the device. Unfortunalty, most poseballs are sold as "no copy" so you cannot put them into a rezzer that would rezz them more then once.

If you have poseballs that are copyable, I can give you an object that will rezz them anytime you like.

What you want is a MLP (Multi-Love Pose) system. It was written by Miffy Fluffy, is open source and freely available and used in a lot of commerical products. Check his profile picks for details. You don't put the poseballs into the object using MLP (or any other poseball rezzer), instead you remove the anims from the poseballs (yes this works even if they are no copy) and put the anims inside the object. Yes, that means you have to readjust the positions to get the poses set up properly but you only have to do that once for each set, the system saves that data and explains how to ensure that the data is retained. (You add it to a notecard inside the system.)

I have a box called the Autoplace and it remembers where you have placed the balls and returns them each time they are rezzed. If you want to know who made it and when i get the chance I will let you know.

I made it :D I'm really glad you like it enough to mention it here.

Front, feel free to visit my shop (in my in-world profile) and take a look, or shoot me an IM if you like.

Anti, it is great, saves all that embarrasing "just hop off so I can Adjust it" hassle. :-)
