I posted some events Wed to take place late on Friday through the weekend and none of them are showing up, In-world or on the site.
Did I post them too early or am I banned from posting events (for whatever reason idk)?

It could just be an SL issue of some kind. I'd contact someone and ask what happened. I have found in doing other things in SL , if I didn't do every single step, it won't go thru like it should. Remember when some Classified Ads weren't showing in Search? This may be something like that.

Yep, sure did. After I finished setting up the event and clicked "Finished", the next screen loaded with the correct details and the slurl map... just like it usually does.
Edit:
Ahh, you know I searched through the events listings and found mine that I posted starting tomarrow. However I didn't see any of them that my bf posted so I believe we need to starting posting about 4 or 5 days before the event now.
I still didn't check if they are coming up in-world but I will.
