the other day I did a currency transfer to USD then to paypal, the currency transfer was market so it was instant of course but what surprised me was that when changing it to paypal I got it in paypal only a couple of hours later which I think qualifies as unprecedented.

That's happened to me once or twice; I think if you catch at just the right time/day it goes really quickly.

you never hear about the Payments that go as planned.........

It has Never taken me more than 72 hours to have the funds show in my Paypal account and most often, it is in fact, within 12-24 hours.

you dont by any chance have a verified account or a merchant account do you? just wondering.......I have heard the horror stories too so i was curious if it made a differance
.

I've seen anywhere from about an hour (once) to over two weeks. Typical is about three days to a full week.

Longest one ever took me was almost a month though I think that was during the time when everyone was having ridiculous delays on exchanges.
