On behalf of friend who changed her password: Part way through the process she lost her connection. On resuming, neither her old password or new one works. The procedure for recovering or resetting passwords was followed, security questions answered, but all that happens is that she gets returned to the login page.
Any advice would be welcome.

file a support ticket (use guest to log-in) if your friend is a basic account, use the guest/basic acct ticket type, and choose something from the options listed ('my acct has been shut off might be a good one) then explain the problem and request a password reset
