Land allowance for tier amount not corrected

Hello, I sold 512sqm (group owned) yesterday for i wanted to purchase a 1024sqm next to mine but was only allowed 605 sqm without increasing my tier fees.

after 24hrs the money was transfered to my account, and happyly I show up to pushase the 1024 I wanted to buy.. but i cant..

the allowed land available for purshase still shows as 605sqm

how can that be ? I re-verifyed the information directly from my account in the website, and indeed the land allowed is still the same regardless of the sale I made.

I send a ticket, don,t know when they will reply.. but I was wondering if it may be something I forgot to set ? if I buy for myself and then deed with contribution, will that get corrected ? I am not even sure of that since on the site the info shows as 605 allowed..

Your tier is likely still in the group.. check that. If you want it for the group, then buy for the group. Right click>about land>buy for group. Your tier is either in a group or with you, not both, so that could be the problem.

hello Okiphia, I did buy for the group. transaction failed for noit enough credit available.
It,s why I was wondering if buying for myself and then transfer to group with deed would work.. but doupted it since even on the website (my account) the available amount of land for purchase shows as 605 sqm..

hmm..are you actually on the 1024m tier? That's all I can think of =/

Also, check in your account, group land, see if you've donated tier anywhere else

I havent donated tiers to anyone but my group, and I am on the 1/4 sim tier at 75$USD per month

You had 604m available to buy, but wanted 1024, so you sold a 512m?

So you should have 1116?

The group needs to have enough tier donated to it first, or you didn't click owner makes contribution with tier.

Do you have any land personally held that is not deeded to group?

the sale did proceed too as the 512 sold has been under my neibor's name since she bought it from my group, and I received to day the money she payed for it

I did think of purchasing for myself and then deed to group.. but if even on my account it says only 605 is avaible to purshase.. I don,t want to end up with 125$ per month to pay..

I would add that this land I want to buy is on the 10% more allowed to groups so makes me even more nervous to buy for myself and only then deed to group

Do as Okiphia said and go to the Group Land in your account page. Look at the donation to each group that you have made, and then check how much land the group owns and add it up.

It may be that you just need to make a bigger tier contribution. If all of your tier is donated to one group, you should see 16896 as the contribution (16384+512). If you see anything less than that, you need to donate more tier to your group.

This seems to be the recurring issue of people confusing a *their group* with *their avatar/account*.
I see this confusion in the forums over and over.

You say that *you* sold a 512.
The fact that the money did not get to you immediately implies that is was *the group* that sold the land. *You* did not sell the land.

Therefore after the sale, *the group* had an extra 512 metres available to buy.
You say that your account shows 605 available.

The group has 512. You have 605.
Neither of you have enough available to buy a 1024.

If all your land ends up in your group, then the simplest thing to do is donate all your available tier to the group, and then Buy for Group.

Well, idk what happen. I tryed again and again.. after 30 min it finally worked.

Maybe it was an SL glitch ? aren't we used to those..

I have seen 2 glitches in land buys in the last 2 days. Land that I have bought is showing in my land list but it shoes for sale on the land. Definitely gives a bad feeling in the stomach.
