I was scrolling through some ancient blogs and came upon this:

Does anyone know what became of this? Was it successful?

Wow I remember that. You had to build it to match the surroundings which was kind of hard since it's mostly the same old randomness on the mainland. You can ride the train around and see all the winning builds.

Ah yes, the Northern Continent SLLRR train station contest. I remember it well. There's alot of very interesting builds on that line. I suggest you set aside a few hours and make the grand tour. No two stations are the same and they're all designed and built to a very high standard. You'll find architect's wet dreams, period pices, modern, retro, fantasy and alot more along the SLRR. Bear in mind that it's broken into 2 parts. Plenty of material for your SL photo album.
