What is the exact deadline for the switch to Adult setting? I can't seem to find a date in all the faqs, just reference to the "transition period".

There isn't one so we'll probably see a blog announcing we're 24 hours from Tulsa some time in the next fortnight.

Linden Lab has been terribly vague about it. The most authoritative info we have is the email they sent to some residents 6 days ago:
"Dear Second Life Resident,
In September, the Adult Content Policy transition period will end, and in preparation, we recently reviewed parcel descriptions and classified advertisements...."
They sent this email to landowners they thought might have adult content on non-adult land.
In response to this email, the adult region count jumped to 600 private regions plus 300 or so mainland (Zindra)
Meanwhile, we have been told that the auction of remaining Zindra parcels will be around mid-Sep.
