How do I upload pictures from my hard drive?

I want to put a real life picture on my profile on my 1st life tab..

I can't seem to figure out how to do that?
Help?

Once you get the photo edited to the right dimensions (there are threads about that around here), then using the File menu, select Upload Image or Texture (I forget the exact wording), find and select the image and say ok to upload it -- it will cost you L$10 and be saved in your Texture folder. Then edit your profile and drag the image to the gray box.

Saige you need to upload the photo in the manner suggested, then click profile, 1st life and click the square and you can choose a photo from your inventory.
