After a few days of posting here and pulling my hair out at home, I have finally got the colors on my screen back to normal. I cannot tell you exactly how I did it but, I went into the Advanced tab, went to "Debug Settings", went to everything that had color in it and either changed it back to default or white. I did have to go back and correct the bubble background on Chat and Avatar names (the background color there). Now when I type my text is white on my screen and with a black background. The colors of the enviroment are back to the way they need to be. Makes me happy.

I thought I had the camera controls fixed but, alas, it was only for a short period of time. This is all right though as I can deal with this one.

I will NEVER mess with the enviroment settings again just to get a good photo. I have learned my lesson. If you don't know what the heck you are doing....leave it alone!

Thanks to all of you for trying to help me resolve this issue.

Yay! I am glad you got your colors back to normal!

The camera controls on the screen are iffy to use at best. One way to get around you camera issue may be not to use them. There are keyboard strokes that make looking around 100 times easier than those clunky controls.

try this older Torley tutorial. I think once you get used to this way of looking around You will like it much better.
