there is an option on your viewer to send IM's to e-mail, these can be replyed to via e-mail, there not always 100% but usually get through. give that a try.
i'v also heard of a program called SLeek but never actually used it myself, aparently it's mostly used by bot runners as it's a dumbed down version of SL really only good for chatting. others on the forum might be able to tell you more about this program and if you can use it. -Crunch _____________________

So your final Nimbus Score is 8.15, a quite remarkable achievement for a biped. Congratulations Crunch, you should be very proud. ![]() |

Here is a thread about AjaxLife. People are using it for just your type of application:
http://www.sluniverse.com/php/vb/general-sl-discussion/14252-ajaxlife-secondlife-browser-w-everything.html Totally browser based, nothing to install. I offer this thread so you can see the pros and cons and even a response by the owner of it. _____________________

Gnomiverse might be an option for you. I don't know it they have a web version like google chat or trillian.
http://www.gnomiverse.com/ Zonkster will let you send a message in world from the web, but it is one directional. They can not reply back through it. http://www.zonkster.com/index.htm I also found this but do not have any personal experience with it. They claim you can send and receive IM's through your phone's SMS text system. http://sl.easy2reach.nl/page.php?page_id=1 And finally, just use your email. Just reply to the email you get from second life and they will receive the body as an IM. You can get a free gmail account and do this on the wepage. I have not seen a firewall yet that blocks gmail traffic. Also, if you are using your normal email from your internet company, you can usually get to a web email client through them. There is a slight delay but it is easy and commonly used. I hope that helps. _____________________
You're the kind of girl we would all love to tie up and do awful things to. You have a strong sense of self and you are in complete control of your sensual side as well. Based on these pictures, I'm giving you a 9.1 - which is a VERY strong start for your first submission (heh - I said "submission"
. You are a slut, but in the most positive, sexy way. Congratulations and shame on you! |

I really wish that SLU weren't as combative...it would be a lot more fun to visit. _____________________

I have used ajaxlife, but will now check out some of these other suggestions, too.
Ajaxlife works very well for me...when it works. Sometimes the site is a bit wonky. _____________________
