Problem with Snapshot

Hello i need to help with my snapshot. I took pics by this and it was ok.. every pic was ok. and another day it changed and if i take a pic so i cant see it cos it is checked(chequered). i dont know abt i changed something in options. please can u tell me what should i do? thank you

If not let me see if I understand the problem.
At one time you took snapshots and they were fine but now when you try to take new snapshots all you are getting is a checkerboard pattern? Are the good snapshots you took still good? Or have they turned into checkerboards too?

When you click on the snapshot button this pops up:
Do you see the checkered pattern on the little picture or is it a thumbnail of the picture you are trying to snap?

Are you saving the pictures to your inventory, to the hard drive on your own computer or emailing them somewhere?
