I saw in the sticky FAQ above that there was a "First Land" available for newbies at L$512. Is this still available then can anybody point me in the right direction for it. I do not see it under land sales.
If it is not available, then can anybody tell me why?
Thanks in advance to all who respond.

it was removed about a year ago.
The system was gamed with alts, a 512 resale was worth more than the 9.95 it took to make a new alt and make it a premium account.

These days, it will cost you around L$5000 to get a 512 or approx. US$18.

They should have come up with another way to stop people from gaming the system. I think they used it as an excuse to do away with First Land. Of course, it backfired on them since the number of new premium memberships has dropped dramatically.

Sorry to leap in and 'sell', but I do offer 512 double prim rentals for a small deposit (512L in keeping with the original purchase price of the old program) and 500L per week. I happen to have a couple of parcels open at present. The deposit is refunded with notification before rent expires if you choose to leave. The land is mixed use for either commercial or residential. Covenant applies, but it is a bit more relaxed than my main estate covenant is.
You don't need a premium account to rent in, as noted above, and the net is less monthly expense for the rental than a premium membership would cost you.

Odd they didn't think of that...

From: Cortex Draper A very easy way would have been to only allow 1st land to yearly subscriptions. Odd they didn't think of that... That wouldn't necessarily have helped - pay US$78, get your L$1000 sign-up bonus, buy your first land for L$512 and sell it for L$5000. Then claim 52 weeks of Premium stipend and you have a total of L$15600 to cash out, or US$58. So still US$20 unaccounted for. But the premium account also gives you 512 of tier, so effectively you get that tier for US$1.66 a month, which is close to the tier rate at the 65535sqm level and cheaper than a non-grandfathered private island. Since any land baron worthy of the name can by definition, given some amount of tier, make enough money to pay back the cost of that tier, that's a rather good deal!
