When selling something on xstreet, do you have to check the "For Sale" box in the second life edit menu before putting the item in the xstreet magic box? or will that charge the customer double when you set the price on the item's xstreet profile?
and are there any restrictions on selling ''copyright infringing'' material?
I read the FAQ on xstreet but it's this isn't mentioned

All that little box does is allow someone to right click the box and buy it. It will have no effect on Xstreet selling.

I read the FAQ on xstreet but it's this isn't mentioned . Yes.. copyright is covered you may not infringe. https://www.xstreetsl.com/tos.phpListing/Branding Guidelines cover the Copyright/TradeMark issues. https://www.xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=22
