debug scrolling text

Hello,
The other day I (accidentally) selected some debug option in the Advanced menu, now the whole left side of my screen is filled with scrolling white text like
INFO: LLViewerStatus
INFO: ViewerStatus Responder
INFO: LLTransfer Target V File blah blah..
Can't seem to find what to do to disalbe this, any help please? Thank you!

It's one of the Consoles... possibly the Debug Console, but you can just look at Advanced / Consoles and see which one is checked.
