How do I set my voice input to my soundcard?

As in, I want whatever is playing on my computer to come through to other people over voice. Using Windows 2000 Professional, if that makes a difference.

Even if I knew how to do this, I wouldn't tell you.

While I agree with the above sentiments that what you're trying to do is a really bad idea, Draxamus, one of the many possible answers is for how to play music through the voice stream is too painfully obvious to consider in any way a secret. Got an MP3 player? Got a mic jack? It's not hard to put two and two together from there.

As for piping every sound comes through your computer back into the voice stream, I can promise you you don't want to do that. Unless you want to mute all your SL sounds, which would pretty much defeat the purpose of whatever it is you might be trying to do, the only result you'd achieve would be feedback. Every sound that comes from SL on your end would be pumped right back in, in a never-ending loop. After about a tenth of a second, you'd quickly end up hearing nothing but a gigantic screech, as your audio hardware is overloaded. You don't want to go there.
