Well finally had to download the new chat box which i have been avoiding. My questions are, just what was wrong with the old chat set up, one chat window and one IM window?? Who exactly asked for that to be changed?? Does any one out there prefer the new 'communication' set up?? Lastly, why did LL cram the new chat set up down our throats??

If you go to the advanced search page, /invalid_link.html and put "communications window", with the quote marks, searching in the body of the posts, you will get a healthy number of already expressed opinions on the chat box, chatterbox, or "communications window".
